On or about the end of November 2006, I told my daughter that I was suffering from severe back aches and leg and arm cramps.  I was being treated with muscle relaxers, pain medications, and cold compresses, all to no avail.  My daughter referred me to go see a chiropractor where she had been under treatment for several years.  She set up an appointment for me and Dr. Otto began treating me.

Almost immediately I felt better, I slept better for the first time in months.  I have also recovered strength in my arms and legs.  In short, I feel almost 100% better.

I can honestly say at best I was skeptic about chiropractic care. That has changed dramatically and I highly recommend the treatment to others and have already referred other patients to your care.

I received your name and office information from one of your patients while I was going to physical therapy.  I have to admit I was a little nervous about my first visit, but was becoming increasingly frustrated with the inability of numerous doctors to listen to me about what I have been suffering with for years, so I was willing to try anything to help.  Your staff was incredibly helpful from the second I got on the phone to schedule my appointment.  I’ve worked in healthcare for 10 years and have had regular run-ins with office workers and / or nurses who are just unpleasant to deal with over the phone, and not any better in person.  I was thoroughly impressed and completely at ease from that first call, through my evaluation and follow-up conversations.  The relaxed atmosphere and friendly faces at your office were greatly appreciated from both a patient and professional point of view.   High praise to your staff and especially Dr. Otto who I felt actually listened and made a true effort to find out what is really going on with my “spinal issues” – and believe me, there are many!
